Verizon Netflix Max Bundle

Later this week, Verizon will begin offering myPlan customers a streaming bundle that includes the Netflix and Max services for just $10 a month. The new bundle will result in a discount of around $7 when compared to paying for both streaming services separately.

As explained by the name, the new Netflix & Max (With Ads) bundle unlocks access to the ad-supported version of each service. Netflix’s Standard with ads plan normally costs $6.99 a month, while Max’s With Ads plan typically costs $9.99 a month.

Considering Max’s ad-supported plan costs $10 a month on its own, Verizon’s bundle removes the cost of the Netflix subscription entirely. The option to sign up to the bundle is due to go live on Thursday (Dec. 7) through myPlan for Verizon mobile customers on the Unlimited Welcome, Unlimited Plus and Unlimited Ultimate plans.

Verizon introduced myPlan back in May of this year, and as a way for customers to customize their package to better suit their individual needs by picking the perks and benefits they want the most.

With the option to now select this Netflix-Max bundle through myPlan, Verizon customers will also have the ability to save on the cost of two streaming subscriptions. For those already signed up to either service through Verizon, they might need to cancel that existing subscription before signing up to the bundle, to avoid being billed twice for the same streaming service.

While signing up to the bundle through Verizon will unlock access to both Netflix and Max, customers will still need to set up an account with both services separately. Likewise, they will also need to access each service directly through its own app.
