DirecTV will also feature in a 2-to-3-minute segment of the upcoming season as part of the Weatherholt family’s Season 46 makeover episode.
“Supporting the Weatherholt family also extends DirecTV’s year-round commitment to veterans through partners such as the Bob Woodruff Foundation and its nationwide Got Your 6 Network,” added Torres.
During the episode, DirecTV will outfit the home with its Signature streaming service and DirecTV Gemini devices for one year. Vizio has also joined the action by partnering with DirecTV to provide the same home with five Smart TVs.
“We’re thrilled to expand our partnership with DirecTV and bring Military Makeover to viewers through this new 24/7 FAST channel. With more than 200 episodes, this platform gives audiences the opportunity to revisit the remarkable journeys of the veterans we’ve had the privilege of supporting and discover the people and purpose behind each transformation. We’re proud to have DirecTV alongside us as we continue to honor those who serve and shine a light on the military community year-round,” said Scott Moss, EVP of programming and president of integrated partnerships.
