DirecTV customers can access the Paramount+ with Showtime premium channel for free over the weekend, thanks to the live TV service’s latest free preview.
In fact, the free preview has begun today (July 10), so DirecTV customers can watch the channel for free from today and through Sunday (July 13).
The Paramount+ with Showtime channel can be found on channel 545 in the live guide for DirecTV, DirecTV Stream, and DirecTV via Internet customers, and on channel 852/1852 for U-verse customers.
While the Paramount+ with Showtime channel provides access to a variety of Paramount+ content, DirecTV customers can only access programming available through the channel.
In other words, DirecTV subscribers don’t have access the Paramount+ app during the free preview. In addition, on demand Paramount+ programming also isn’t accessible during the free preview.
The good news, however, is that the two-episode premiere of Dexter: Resurrection will air live on the Paramount+ with Showtime channel on Sunday night at 8 p.m. Dexter fans can also watch the Dexter: New Blood marathon that begins at 11am on Sunday.
Fans of The Chi will also be able to catch the latest episode at 10 pm on Sunday night.
Other notable titles to look out for over the weekend include The Godfather (July 10 at 6 p.m ET/PT), Full Metal Jacket (July 11 at 9 p.m. ET/PT), and The Nice Guys (July 12 at 8 p.m. ET/PT).
