At the discounted price, new subscribers end up paying around $5.99 a month on average. This compares to $7.49 a month with the normal annual plan price, and $8.99 a month for those that sign up on a monthly basis.
In addition to new subscribers, the 20% annual plan discount is also available to eligible returning BritBox subscribers as well, making it a good option for those considering signing back up to the streaming service.
For those that do opt to sign up for the offer, the usual BritBox free trial is unavailable with the promotion, which means new and returning subscribers will need to pay the full cost of the first year when signing up.
The annual subscription will also auto-renew next year at the normal price, currently $89.99, unless canceled.
