Amazon Prime Video is currently offering a number of premium streaming services for just $1.99 a month each. The discount applies to the first two months, and with almost 20 different streaming services to choose from, it is likely most homes will find something for them.
Considering these streaming services all differ in monthly price, the actual amount saved will depend on the streaming service chosen. However, there are some big hitters available with this Prime Video Channels deal, including MGM+, Paramount+ Shudder and Starz.
Paramount+ through Amazon, for example, is the ad-free ‘with Showtime’ plan. As this subscription typically costs $11.99 a month, the current deal knocks $10 off the price of each of the first two months.
Prime Video Channels currently down to just $1.99 a month (first two months):
- A&E Crime Central
- Acorn TV
- BBC Select
- BET+
- Crunchyroll
- Great American Pure Flix
- The Great Courses Signature Collection
- HIDIVE
- HISTORY Vault
- Lifetime Movie Club
- MGM+
- Paramount+
- PBS Kids
- PBS Documentaries

According to Amazon, all of these discounted subscription prices are good through January 1, 2024. However, as the $1.99 rate only applies to the first two months, each subscription will automatically renew at the usual Prime Video Channels rate, unless canceled before the end of the second discounted month.
As a reminder, a Prime membership is required to subscribe to any of Amazon’s Prime Video Channels, including the currently discounted services listed above.
