CBS Sports Golazo Network is a new 24/7 soccer channel that’s due to launch next month. What’s more, this channel is going to be available across a bunch of apps and services including both Paramount Plus and Pluto TV.

With this being a soccer-focused channel, and one that operates 24 hours a day, soccer fans will have plenty of content available to watch. To kick off each morning, there’s the opportunity to tune in to CBS Sports Golazo Network’s flagship morning show, Morning Footy.

Following the daily morning soccer show, there will be various other shows and original programming to watch. According to the announcement, the channel will focus on both domestic and international soccer, and will include live matches as well as pre- and post-game content.

For those interested in giving the new channel a try, CBS Sports Golazo Network is due to go live on April 11, 2023. For those without a Paramount Plus subscription, the channel will be free to watch via Pluto TV,, and through the CBS Sports connected TV and mobile apps.

For those already signed up to Paramount Plus, CBS Sports Golazo Network will be available to watch as part of the streaming service’s live TV section, and at no additional cost to subscribers.

The launch of the channel is being marketed as an expansion of Paramount’s existing interest in soccer. Paramount Plus subscribers, for example, are already able to watch live Champions League and Europa League games as part of their subscription. CBS Sports Golazo Network is expected to feature an exclusive pre- and post-match Champions League show.

With Pluto TV, the move is likely more intentional. Up until recently, Pluto TV offered access to a dedicated MLS channel for free. However, with Apple TV securing the exclusive rights to MLS, the Pluto TV channel was removed in early February. It seems highly likely that the new CBS Sports Golazo Network channel is partially designed to help fill that Pluto TV gap for soccer fans.
