Paramount+ Is The New Streaming Home of PBR’s ‘Unleash The Beast’ Series

Paramount+ will become the new streaming home of PBR’s ‘Unleash The Beast’ series from next month. Availability of the individual bull riding competition is thanks to a new five-year media rights deal between Paramount and Professional Bull Riders.

The new agreement between Paramount and PBR takes effect with the 2026 Unleash The Beast season, which begins on December 12, 2025. As part of the agreement, Paramount+ will stream live coverage of the full season.

Considered the highest level of individual bull riding competition, the Unleash The Beast series lasts five months and spans 19 cities across 17 states.

The new agreement is an expansion of the existing agreement between CBS Sports and PBR, an agreement which continues to run through 2030.

“This deal aligns with our longstanding relationship with CBS and reflects our shared commitment to expanding PBR’s reach,” said Sean Gleason, PBR CEO and Commissioner. “We are excited to continue this extraordinary partnership and thrilled that this new deal, bolstered by Paramount+, will bring our sport to an even broader audience.”

According to Paramount, CBS aired its highest-rated PBR broadcast of all time in October, reaching an average of 2.7 million viewers.

“CBS Sports has been the home of PBR for decades, and we are proud to deepen our partnership by bringing the Unleash the Beast series to our expanding streaming audience on Paramount+,” said Dan Weinberg, EVP, Programming, CBS Sports. “This extension enables us to extend our reach, delivering dynamic PBR content to an even wider audience.”

While Paramount+ will now become the streaming home of the Unleash The Beast series, the CBS Television Network will continue to carry the CBS Game of the Week during the 2026 season.

Also as part of a previous agreement, an exclusive PBR RidePass FAST channel continues to be available to watch for free on Pluto TV.
