If you’ve been considering signing up to Paramount+ and you’re willing to pay for a full year upfront, the streaming service has currently slashed the price of its annual plans by 50%.
This limited-time deal drops the price of the Paramount+ Essential annual plan down from $59.99 to just $29.99 for the first year. Likewise, the Paramount+ Premium plan has dropped from $119.99 to $59.99 for the first year.
These lower prices are available right now to new subscribers when signing up, and due to remain available until September 18, 2025. The deal is also available to eligible returning subscribers as well.

To put these prices into perspective, a monthly Paramount+ Essentials subscription currently costs $7.99 a month. At this price, monthly subscribers pay more than the current $30 annual plan deal price in as little as four months.
This promotion has gone live just in time for Paramount’s fall lineup which includes new seasons of Fire Country, Ghosts, Landman, Mayor of Kingstown, South Park, Tracker, Tulsa King, and NCIS: Tony & Ziva.
Subscribers will also have access to a wide variety of live sports, including the NFL on CBS and UEFA Champions League.
Those opting to subscribe to the Paramount+ Premium plan, which also unlocks access to Showtime content, will gain access to additional series, including full seasons of The Chi, Dexter: Resurrection, and Yellowjackets.
Regardless of which plan a new subscriber signs up to, the subscription will auto-renew at the usual rate after the first year, unless canceled.
