Similar to past years, Apple TV will be offering Peanuts fans the opportunity to stream select specials over the holidays without the need to sign up for a paid subscription. Apple also confirmed some of the new festive family programming that will be available to stream with a subscription over the holiday period.

- Non-Apple TV subscribers can stream select Peanuts classics during specific weekends over the holidays.
- Apple TV will also be releasing two new holiday specials, 12 Days of Snoopy and Fraggle Rock: A Holiday Gift
- Adding to its festive lineup, family film Way of the Warrior Kid starring Chris Pratt is due to premiere on the streaming service in late November.
In terms of the free streaming windows, the first unlocks access to It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, which will be available to watch without a subscription over the October 17-18 weekend.
This will then be followed by the unlocking of A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving over the November 14-15 weekend and A Charlie Brown Christmas over the December 12-13 weekend.
Although non-Apple TV subscribers will have to tune in during these limited-time windows to catch these specials, all of them are available to stream continuously during the holidays with a paid subscription.
New Festive Family Content Coming to Apple TV
In addition to the free streaming windows of Peanuts specials, Apple also confirmed some of the additional festive family content that will be available to stream during the holidays, including an all-new Peanuts special.
Snoopy Presents: 12 Days of Snoopy is set to arrive on Apple TV on Friday, November 13. The latest special sees Snoopy landing on Santa’s naughty list with just 12 days until Christmas to prove he’s not such a bad beagle after all.
Then there’s Way of the Warrior Kid, a new family movie starring Chris Pratt and Linda Cardellini, which is due to become available to stream on Apple TV from November 25th.
Featuring an appearance by singer and actress Nicole Scherzinger, an all-new Fraggle Rock: A Holiday Gift special from The Jim Henson Company will make its debut on Apple TV on Friday, December 4. The musical special sees Wembley attempting to restore the holiday spirit to the Rock after it begins to fade.
