- New subscribers can get the annual plan for $41.99 (about $3.50/month) if they sign up by January 5, 2026.

The new CNN All Access subscription tier will go live on October 28, 2025 in the U.S. Once available, a subscription will cost $6.99 a month or $69.99 annually.
However, and as part of a limited-time launch promotion, CNN will be offering new subscribers the option to sign up to the annual plan at just $41.99 for the first year.
At this discounted price, new subscribers pay around $3.50 a month, and will have up until January 5, 2026 to lock in the cheaper annual subscription.
As previously confirmed, the All Access tier is designed to be a one-stop subscription for CNN but not necessarily a direct replacement for the cable channel.
A subscription will unlock access to a selection of CNN’s live US and International programming, CNN Originals, exclusive new video-on-demand programming, and exclusive live events.
“It’s an essential step in CNN’s evolution as we work to give audiences the complete CNN experience in a format that reflects how audiences engage with the news today,” said Alex MacCallum, Executive Vice President, Digital Products and Services, CNN Worldwide.
In addition to the wide selection of video content, All Access subscribers will also get access to all CNN.com articles and subscriber-only content.
“No one covers the world like CNN. With this new subscription offering, our audience will now have access to the best of CNN across platforms, including multiple live stream channels, our signature video-led journalism and all articles on CNN.com and in the mobile app,” added MacCallum.
Those already paying for a live TV package that includes the live CNN channel will be able to access the new streaming product at no additional cost. However, they still will need to subscribe to CNN’s Basic tier (currently $3.99/mo) to read unlimited CNN articles.
