Fubo has expaded its NBA coverage for the 2026-2027 season by securing new distribution carriage agreements for seven regional sports networks (RSNs). The new deals follow similar distribution agreements announced last month for four NHL regional sports networks.

What You Need to Know

  • Fubo has signed seven new carriage agreements to continue broadcasting local NBA games in major markets.
  • The streaming service now offers more than 50 regional sports networks and over 80,000 live sports events annually.
  • Fubo also recently added ESPN 4K channels to select packages and launched a custom local sports add-on.

Thanks to the availability of more than 80,000 live sporting events annually, Fubo was already a good option for sports fans. In terms of RSNs, the live TV streaming service now offers more than 50 regional sports networks in its base package.

The latest additions to that list were added today and allow Fubo to continue carrying local coverage of the following teams in respective markets.

  • Atlanta Hawks (Gray, various local networks)
  • Charlotte Hornets (WAXN TV 64)
  • Detroit Pistons (Scripps, various local networks)
  • Miami HEAT (WPLG, Local 10)
  • Milwaukee Bucks (Bucks TV)
  • Oklahoma City Thunder (Griffin Media, KSBI, Oklahoma’s Own Sports)
  • Orlando Magic (WRDQ MagicTV 27, WJAX.2 Action Sports Jax TV)

These latest distribution agreements follow last month’s confirmation of new NHL RSN agreements covering the Carolina Hurricanes, Columbus Blue Jackets, Minnesota Wild, and St. Louis Blues.

They also follow last week’s confirmation of carriage on Fubo of the new ClipperVision RSN, which has now replaced FanDuel Sports Network SoCal, and is due to broadcast 77 Los Angeles Clippers games during the season.

“Fubo continues to be the home for local sports with over 75% of local NBA regional sports networks coverage,” said Todd Mathers, executive vice president, content strategy & acquisition, Fubo. “With more than 50 RSNs across our national portfolio, in addition to national networks, sports fans can follow their favorite teams all season long on Fubo.”

In other recent sports-related improvements, Fubo recently added the ESPN 4K and ESPN2 4K channels to some of its main English-language live TV packages, and launched a new My Local Sports add-on to offer Fubo Sports subscribers a better way to manage the sports content they have access to.
