A subscription to Lifetime Movie Club now costs more than it did before. As part of the same round of price hikes implemented by A+E Global Media, the cost of the A&E Bundle has also now increased in price.

What You Need to Know

  • A standalone subscription to Lifetime Movie Club has gone up by $1 a month.
  • The A&E Bundle (which includes Lifetime Movie Club, History Vault, and A&E Crime Central) has also now increased in price.
  • These price changes follows recent rate hikes from several other major streaming services, including Discovery+, Hallmark+, Disney+, and Hulu.

Lifetime Movie Club has increased by $1 a month, resulting in a $12 increase over a full year for monthly subscribers. For those signed up to the annual plan, the cost of a subscription has increased by $10 a year.

As A+E Global Media does not appear to have actively announced the price increase, it remains unclear exactly when the price changed or when existing subscribers can expect their individual bill cycle to reflect the new price.

According to our checks, the price likely increased last month (Sept. 2026). Adding to this, help pages for Lifetime Movie Club are still reflecting the old $4.99/mo and $49.99/yr rates, suggesting the price increase is still in the process of rolling out.

Either way, new subscribers are already seeing the latest rates when signing up and existing subscribers are expected to begin seeing their price increase soon, if they have not already.

Existing subscribers can check if and when their individual price will increase (or if it has already) by signing in to Lifetime Movie Club, clicking on My Account, and viewing the active subscription status and price.

The A&E Bundle Also Increased in Price

The additional $1 a month brings the cost of a Lifetime Movie Club subscription in line with the cost of A&E Crime Central and History Vault subscriptions, both of which had previously increased to $5.99/mo.

A knock-on effect of all of these price increases is that the A&E Bundle, which unlocks access to all three streaming services, has also increased in price.

With the bundle now priced at $11.99 a month, new and existing bundle subscribers pay an additional $2 more each month ($24 over the course of a full year).

Lifetime Movie Club isn’t the only streaming service to increase in price in recent weeks. Discovery+ increased in price last week, and Hallmark+ quietly increased in price ahead of the start of this year’s Countdown to Christmas movie event.

Last month also saw another round of price increases rolling out to various Disney+ and Hulu plans, including Hulu Live TV which has now increased to $100 a month.
