Even though Amazon held its traditional Prime Day earlier in the year, the company has opted to host a second one in 2022. Amazon’s October Prime Early Access Sale is live now and there are plenty of discounts and promotions available on a wide range of products. Here are the best deals for streamers so far.

Before delving into the first deal it is important to clarify that this October Prime Early Access Sale is only available to those with a Prime membership. As a result, interested shoppers will need to sign up for a 30-day Amazon Prime free trial (if not already a member) to be able to take advantage of the savings. The other thing to note is that these are limited time deals with Amazon’s October Prime Day event due to officially come to an end at the close of business tomorrow (October 12).

Of course, some deals may sell out before then.

If in need of a new streaming player, Apple TV is always worth considering. This is more of a high-end streaming device and one that offers a highly reliable streaming experience. As to be expected, the Apple TV app with Apple TV Plus is available, as are plenty of other streaming apps as well. This is also a device that supports 4K, Dolby Atmos, and is powered by Apple’s A12 Bionic chip.

The 2021 Apple TV 4K is down to just $109, which is a fairly big discount on its usual $179.99 price.

The Fire TV Cube is Amazon’s most powerful streaming player, and it is designed to offer an improved streaming experience by doing away with the remote. Of course, the Fire TV Cube lineup still comes with a remote, it is just the remote is less necessary thanks to Alexa’s ability to comply with requests to watch shows and movies, and even switch between inputs when needed.

The Fire TV Cube (2nd Gen) is priced at $119.99 and is currently down to just $59.99, a saving of 50%.

With hardware out of the way, it may be worth noting that Amazon’s October Prime Day sales event also includes some discounts on actual content through Prime Video. For example, Prime members can save up to 50% on rentals, including Jurassic World Dominion, Last Seen Alive, and Paradise Highway, or save up to 50% on purchases including the Harry Potter 8-Film Collection, Morbius, and Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.
