DirecTV Stream has now added Pursuit Channel to its lineup. The channel has yet to be added to the channel listings on the DirecTV website, but subscribers can now access Pursuit on channel 604 in the live guide.

Pursuit Channel was already available to DirecTV subscribers so this change only affects those signed up to DirecTV Stream or DirecTV via Internet. As far as we understand, Pursuit should now be accessible to all DirecTV Stream subscribers, and regardless of the live TV package they are subscribed to.

With access to Pursuit Channel, subscribers can now watch a variety of programming centered on hunting, fishing, shooting and outdoor recreation. Some of the popular titles that are now available on the channel include Americana Outdoors, Bear Whisperer, Carnivore, Legendary Trails, and Open Season, among others.

DirecTV Stream isn’t the only service to add the outdoors network this year, as Frndly TV added Pursuit Channel to its channel lineup, along with Waypoint TV, back in October. At the time, however, Frndly TV also confirmed that it was removing Sportsman Channel and World Fishing Network.

For those without access to either of these live TV services, Pursuit Channel is also available to stream through Sling TV (via the Heartland Extra add-on). Alternatively, the company’s Pursuit UP free, ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel is also available to watch through various free streaming services, including Plex, Samsung TV Plus and Xumo Play.
