Discover The Genres You Were ‘Born To Binge’ With Tubi’s New Quiz

Tubi was the free streaming home of Super Bowl LIX, and in an attempt to draw more attention to the service, Tubi launched a new If It’s In You, It’s In Here advertising campaign over the weekend.

Tubi also launched a way for users to see what type of viewer they are. More specifically, the new Genre-ology quiz consists of 10 plot-based questions and is designed to identify which type of character a viewer is most like.

Depending on the answers, Tubi will then create an individual genre-ology of the person, breaking down the three genres they “were genetically born to binge,” as well as any additional genres that play a smaller role in their genre makeup.

In addition to the genre-ology, Tubi will also throw out a few recommendations of movies that the user might like. As to be expected with an advertising campaign, these recommendations are all titles currently available to stream on Tubi.

As part of the same If It’s In You, It’s In Here campaign, and building on the same genre-ology idea, Tubi also released a 60-second Super Bowl ad (as well as an extended version) featuring a man born with a love of Westerns.

While life starts out difficult for the man, living in a world that doesn’t currently love Westerns, things eventually change when enough years pass and Westerns come back into fashion again.

You can check out the extended version of Tubi’s ‘Cowboy Head‘ Super Bowl ad below.
