Disney Plus Day deal

Disney+ is now offering consumers the option to sign up and only pay $1.99 for the first month. Although this is only a discount on the first month, it is an opportunity to save on a popular subscription, as well as a good opportunity for those new to the service to check it out and see if Disney+ is right for them.

Disney+ continues to prove to be a popular streaming service. As the home of not only Disney’s popular catalog of classics, but also the streaming location for many other popular franchises including Marvel and Star Wars, the service is packed with a variety of shows and movies the entire family will appreciate. Disney+ first launched in November of 2019 and with November now here again, the company is offering a discount on the cost of the subscription.

Consumers can now sign up tp Disney+ at a discounted rate of $1.99 for the first month. There is no special code or actions needed to take advantage of the deal, with the reduced subscription available when signing up directly through the Disney+ website. The promotion is designed to celebrate ‘Disney+ Day’ which takes place on November 12th and the deal will remain available up until 11:59 PM PST on November 14, 2021.

It’s worth noting that the promotion is not only available to new subscribers, but also those who have previously subscribed to the service. The only real caveat here is that those who currently have an active Disney+ subscription cannot sign up for the month at the cheaper rate. Following the first discounted month, subscribers will be expected to pay $7.99 per month if they want to continue accessing the service. As automatic billing is in effect, subscribers will need to cancel Disney+ to avoid paying the higher monthly rate of $7.99 for the subscription in the following month.

Whether totally new to Disney+ or someone who has paid for the service before, the discounted subscription can be a good way to see what’s new and catch up on the latest shows and movies available through the service.
