While the new ESPN standalone streaming service doesn’t technically launch until tomorrow (Aug. 21), Disney is already offering consumers the option to sign up to its Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited bundle, and at a discounted price.
As previously announced, the new bundle option costs $29.99 a month (as part of a limited-time launch price) for the first twelve months, and offers access to all of Disney+, Hulu and ESPN.
The latter of which is the most notable here, as while it was already possible to bundle Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+, the new bundle unlocks access to all of ESPN’s networks and services, including ESPN+, making it a good option for sports fans.
Considering the regular monthly cost of the bundle is $35.99, those signing up during the launch sale will save $6 each month for 12 months, resulting in a total saving of $72 over the course of the full year.
According to Disney+, the launch bundle price is equivalent to a saving of around 39% when compared to paying the regular monthly price of each subscription.
Once the 12-month discounted period comes to an end, the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited Bundle will automatically renew at the usual price, currently $35.99/month.
For those that prefer an ad-free streaming experience, Disney+ is also offering an ad-free version of the bundle, priced at $44.99/month.
If considering signing up to the ad-free version, it is worth keeping in mind ad-free mostly only applies to Disney+ and Hulu.
