Eligible Live TV Subscribers Can Now Activate Their Free ESPN Unlimited Subscription

ESPN Unlimited is a new subscription for everything ESPN. Subscribers get access to all of ESPN’s live channels, including ACCN, ACCNX, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPN on ABC, ESPN Deportes, ESPNEWS, ESPNU, SECN, and SECN+.

An ESPN Unlimited subscription also includes access to ESPN+ (now ESPN Select) at no additional cost.

For those subscribed to an eligible live TV package, it is now possible to redeem a free ESPN Unlimited subscription. Specifically, DirecTV (streaming only), Fubo TV, Hulu Live TV, and Spectrum TV customers can now activate their free ESPN Unlimited subscription.

As long as a customer of one of these providers already gets ESPN as part of their live TV package, they should be eligible for the free sports subscription.

For those subscribed to a different live TV service, Disney has explained the plan is to add support for more live TV providers in the future.

“Discussions with other major distributors are ongoing, and we expect the vast majority of the pay-TV universe will have rights to access the exclusive ESPN unlimited content this year.”

Redeeming Free ESPN Unlimited With A Live TV Provider

Once a live TV subscriber has confirmed they are eligible for ESPN Unlimited they will need to link their live TV account to a MyDisney account.

Those that have connected their live TV plan to a MyDisney login in the past won’t need to activate their entitlement again. Likewise, those with an existing MyDisney account can connect their MyDisney ID to their live TV provider.

For those without an existing MyDisney ID, a new account will need to be created via the Disney website.

With a MyDisney account set up and ready to go, use the correct link below to activate the ESPN subscription.

• Activate via DirecTV (streaming only)
• Activate via Fubo TV
• Activate via Spectrum TV

If currently a Hulu Live TV subscriber, activating the free ESPN Unlimited subscription can be done by signing in to ESPN app with your existing MyDisney account details.

Once accounts are linked, and the free entitlement redeemed, the live TV subscriber can then access all of the content included with an ESPN Unlimited subscription via the ESPN app.

As the ESPN Unlimited subscription is directly linked to a live TV package, the entitlement will only remain available while subscribed to the live TV service.

If, for example, the live TV package is canceled in the future, the subscriber will also lose access to ESPN Unlimited as well.
