Following the merger of Fubo and Hulu Live TV, Fubo has now started offering Hulu’s live TV streaming service directly through its ecosystem. While technically a new point of purchase, subscriptions are still being handled through Hulu.

What You Need to Know

  • Fubo is now directly promoting Hulu Live TV, adding a sign‑up pathway on its website.
  • While now actively advertised on Fubo, subscriptions are still currently being processed by Hulu.
  • More cross‑selling is coming in the future, including ESPN’s “Where to Watch” pages linking to Fubo, and Fubo Sports becoming accessible through ESPN.

While Fubo and Hulu Live TV now both operate under the wider Fubo business umbrella, they do remain separate live TV services.

In spite of the separation, there have been some areas where the two services are now more closely aligned. For example, subscriber numbers are now reported as a combined total instead of separately.

Another area where the two services have now grown closer is the selling of subscriptions.

Along with the option to select one of Fubo’s live TV packages, visitors to the Fubo website now have the option of signing up to the Hulu Live TV package.

Hulu Live TV now has its own section on the Fubo website, with the service being advertised as “entertainment the whole family will love.” This is in contrast to Fubo’s main live TV packages, which continue to be advertised primarily as live sports solutions.

While the option to sign up to Hulu Live TV on the Fubo website is now available, the price is no different, with a monthly subscription priced at $89.99.

In fact, this is currently not much more than a shortcut, as clicking through Fubo’s website simply redirects the user to the Hulu website where they can continue signing up.

According to Fubo, this is only the beginning of the company’s cross-selling plans. For example, ESPN’s “Where to Watch” pages will soon begin linking directly to Fubo.

Likewise, the Fubo Sports service is expected to be available via ESPN in the first half of next year.
