What You Need to Know

  • Fubo and Hulu Live TV lost subscribers in early 2026, dropping about 500,000 in North America.
  • International (ROW) subscribers also fell, down roughly 7,000 from the previous quarter and 26,000 year‑over‑year.
  • Revenue grew despite subscriber losses, with global revenue rising to $1.57 billion.

Following the merger of Fubo and Hulu Live TV, subscriber numbers for each individual service are no longer provided.

Instead, and beginning with the previous quarter (calendar Q4 2025), Fubo now reports a combined total of subscribers for both live TV services.

Today Fubo confirmed the company ended the first calendar quarter of this year with a combined 5.7 million subscribers in North America.

Considering Fubo reported a combined 6.2 million subscribers for the close of 2025, it would appear that the company lost around 500,000 during the first three months of the year.

With a total of 5.9 million combined subscribers reported for the first calendar quarter of last year (Q2 fiscal 2025), Fubo also lost around 200,000 on a year-over-year basis.

The losses weren’t limited to North America either.

For the end of the previous quarter, Fubo confirmed a total of 335,000 Rest of World (ROW) subscribers.

With a total of 328,000 ROW subscribers reported for the most recent quarter, Fubo lost around 7,000 international subscribers during the first three months.

Fubo tends to usually prefer to compare on a year-over-year basis, but with 354,000 ROW subscribers reported for Q2 fiscal 2025, Fubo lost around 26,000 ROW subscribers when compared to the first three months of last year.

While subscribers were down, Fubo reported a total global revenue of $1.57 billion for the first quarter of 2026, an increase on the $1.12 billion reported for the same quarter of 2025.

North America revenue came in at $1.56 billion, up from $1.12 billion in 2025, and ROW revenue totaled $8.3 million, showing no change on a pro forma basis
