Fubo has dropped INSP from its channel lineup after failing to agree a new deal to renew distribution of the network. INSP was officially removed from Fubo yesterday, Aug. 23, and it does not currently look like the network will return to the live TV streaming service anytime soon.
While Fubo replaced its Elite and Premier live TV plans earlier this week with more expensive packages, the removal of INSP is unrelated to that change in base plans.
INSP was previously available through the Fubo Extra add-on, which meant it was automatically included in the channel lineups for both ‘Elite’ and ‘Premier’, and would have also been included in the newer ‘Elite with Sports Plus’ and ‘Deluxe’ packages. INSP was also available to any Pro plan subscribers that had bundled the Fubo Extra add-on with their live TV package.
With the two companies having failed to agree a new distribution deal, all customers that have access to the Fubo Extra add-on as part of their plan have now lost access to the channel.
For those specifically interested in subscribing to a live TV plan that includes INSP, the network is still available through Frndly TV (from $8 a month), Philo (from $28 a month) and Sling TV (from $46 a month). While Frndly TV and Philo both include INSP in their base packages, the network is only available though Sling TV by adding the ‘Heartland Extra’ add-on to a base plan.
