Fubo has now added two more college sports networks to its channel lineup. The new additions, ACC Network Extra (ACCNX) and SEC Network+ (SECN+), have been added to packages at no additional cost to subscribers.
What You Need to Know
- Fubo has expanded its live college sports lineup by adding the ACC Network Extra and SEC Network+.
- Their inclusion provides access to over 2,500 live collegiate sporting events for the upcoming season.
- These new networks are included in all of Fubo’s English-language plans at no additional cost to subscribers.
With college sports now getting back underway, the new networks will provide Fubo subscribers with access to significantly more (over 2,500) live sporting events during the season, including football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, and lacrosse, among others.
“The addition of ACC Network Extra and SEC Network+ into our streaming services bolsters our already heavy live events portfolio and makes both Fubo and Hulu + Live TV a significant and differentiated college sports destination this season,” said Todd Mathers, executive vice president, content strategy and distribution, FuboTV.
Both ACC Network Extra and SEC Network+ are available to subscribers signed up to any of Fubo’s English-language plans, including Pro and Elite.
“We’re thrilled to bring these events directly to sports fans, who can choose among a variety of packaging options on our streaming services to build the plan that’s right for them,” added Mathers.
Some of the upcoming ACCNX events that Fubo subscribers will now have access to include Norfolk State at Virginia on September 11, UC Davis at SMU on September 12, and Maine at Boston College on September 19.
This is in addition to SECN+’s September 5th lineup, which includes Youngstown State at Kentucky, Tennessee State at Georgia, Furman at Tennessee, North Alabama at Arkansas, Austin Peay at Vanderbilt, and UTEP at Oklahoma.
The arrival of the two college sports networks follows NBCSN, which was finally added to Fubo’s live TV packages last week, as part of the new agreement with NBCUniversal announced earlier this year.
