Get An Entire Year Of Max For Just $80 With This Limited-Time Deal

Max Updated Logo For 2025

New subscribers can currently lock in a full year of Max for as little as $80, thanks to a limited-time deal which takes $20 off the cost of the Basic With Ads annual plan. In fact, Max has lowered the price of all of its annual plans, so new subscribers can save on the subscription that best suits their needs.

For those simply looking to sign up at the cheapest price possible, $80 for the Basic With Ads plan is equal to $6.66 a month on average. Considering the monthly plan typically costs $9.99, this results in a big saving over 12 months.

The promotion is now live on the Max website and no promo code is needed. New subscribers have up until May 7 to sign up and lock in the cheaper price.

Get 1 Year For Just $79.99

For those that prefer an ad-free streaming experience, the current deal lowers the cost of the Standard ad-free plan down from $169.99 to $139.99, resulting in an average monthly cost of $11.67.

If wanting the best experience possible, the Premium ad-free plan has dropped from $209.99 to $169.99, which works out to be $14.17 a month on average.

In addition to removing the ads, the more expensive ad-free plans are the better option for homes looking to stream live sports and the CNN Max live news feed. While live sports and news were previously included with the cheapest Basic With Ads plan, that changed last month, resulting in live sports and news becoming an ad-free tier benefit.

The availability of this deal comes just in time for The Last Of Us. The season two premiere arrives on Max this Sunday (April 13) with new episodes released each week. Other returning titles landing in April include season four of Hacks and season two of The Rehearsal.
