A NASCAR FAST channel is due to go live on Tubi later this month, marking the launch of the first NASCAR free ad-supported television channel. The NASCAR Channel will be available twenty-four hours a day, and as with everything else available on Tubi, the channel will be available to watch without a subscription or registration.
Once live on Jan. 29, the NASCAR Channel will feature classic races and repeats of this season’s events, as well as additional content including documentaries, original programming and video podcasts.
As part of the launch, viewers will be able to tune in and watch the Cook Out Madhouse Classic on Feb. 1 and the upcoming NASCAR Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Feb. 7.
“I’m excited for the fans,” said John Dahl, NASCAR SVP, Content. “They now have a free, easily accessed, 24/7 NASCAR destination that not only digs deep into our archives but provides the latest news and original storytelling. As the channel grows, we’ll be adding more and more racing content that we’re confident fans will appreciate. Many NASCAR fans already use Tubi, but we’re looking forward to exposing more of them to that great platform, too.”
Confirmation of the new FAST channel comes just two days after Fox confirmed this year’s Super Bowl will be available to stream for free on Tubi. With the Super Bowl and NASCAR content coming soon, it has been a good week of announcements for Tubi, as well as sports fans looking to stream more sports for free.
