Disney has confirmed plans to launch a new Hulu Perks rewards program in June. Once available, on June 2nd, Hulu subscribers will gain access to a range of exclusive benefits and experiences just for being a Hulu subscriber.
According to Disney, new Hulu Perks will become available to subscribers throughout the summer, and weekly, including the following:
- Chances to win tickets to Lollapalooza, Jimmy Kimmel Live! and passes to Comic-Con in San Diego
- Sweepstakes to win items from and inspired by Hulu favorites like The Handmaid’s Tale, A Complete Unknown, and Only Murders in the Building
- Exclusive perks from partners like Microsoft, Pure Green, and LG Electronics
The launch of Hulu Perks follows today’s launch of Disney+ Perks. Similar to Hulu’s program, Disney’s program rewards Disney+ subscribers with a range of promotions and deals.
Based on what was announced today, it would appear as though Disney+ Perks offers a more extensive list of rewards as well.
“Whether it’s access to in-demand experiences that only Disney can offer or everyday savings and special discounts from top brands, we’re building two complimentary programs that are all about celebrating our viewers,” said Samantha Rosenberg, Executive Vice President, Marketing, Disney+
Those subscribed to any version of the Disney+ Bundle are likely to be the big winners here, as bundle subscribers can enroll in both rewards programs, unlocking access to all of the exclusive discounts and benefits.
