Panasonic has marked its return to the United States with new smart TVs powered by Fire TV. The new range includes OLED and Mini-LED TVs, available in sizes from 55 to 85 inches.
In explaining why Panasonic has returned to the U.S., the company says that it is responding to “the unmet demand” for its televisions and to service “consumers seeking the highest possible picture quality.” Panasonic also said it partnered with Amazon to ensure the smart abilities of its TVs match the heightened picture quality.
With Fire TV onboard, users will get access to everything the platform has to offer, including access to a wide variety of streaming apps and FAST content, Amazon’s Ambient Experience, and compatibility with a vast selection of smart home devices.
All of the TVs also feature an Alexa-enabled voice remote equipped with a “MyApp” button that the user can program to open a specific app or perform a specific voice command.
Panasonic Z95A OLED TV
For those looking for the best Panasonic has to offer, the flagship Z95A OLED TV is available in a 65” size and features a brand-new HCX Pro AI Processor MK II chipset, a new Master OLED Ultimate panel, and a 144Hz refresh rate.
The Z95A is also equipped with far-field support, making it possible to interact and command Alexa from a greater distance and without reaching for the remote.
The new Z95A OLED TV costs $3,200 and is available to buy beginning today from Amazon, Costco and other retailers.
Panasonic Z85A OLED TV
Starting at $1,800, the Z85A OLED TV comes in 55″ and 65″ sizes, and features Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+ Adaptive, and a 120Hz Refresh Rate. The Z85A is also available to buy today from Amazon, Costco and elsewhere.
Panasonic W95 mini-LED series
Completing the U.S. range is the W95 mini-LED series, Ranging in price between $1,300 and $3,000, the W95 series is available in 55”, 65”, 75” and 85” sizes, and features Local Dimming Ultra. Similar to the other models, the W95 series is available to buy now from Amazon, Costco and other retailers.
