Roku users in the United States now have the option of subscribing to the Fox One streaming service directly through The Roku Channel. While not any cheaper than subscribing directly, the new Premium Subscription provides Roku users with another, and more streamlined, way to subscribe.
What You Need to Know
- Roku users in the U.S. can now subscribe to the Fox One streaming service directly through The Roku Channel for $19.99/month with a 3‑day free trial.
- Fox One bundles programming from Fox, Fox Sports, and Fox News into one service, giving viewers access to Fox content without needing a full live TV package.
- The launch on Roku arrives just before the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with all 104 matches available to watch live on Fox One.
Fox One launched last year as the new and dedicated home to all things Fox. Bringing together programming from the main Fox network with Fox Sports and Fox News content, the service can be a good option for those wanting Fox programming without paying for all the additional channels bundled with a live TV package.
With Roku also now offering Fox One as a Premium Subscription through The Roku Channel, Roku users can easily find out what the new Fox standalone streaming service has to offer. Roku customers can sign up for Fox One for $19.99 per month and take advantage of a 3-day free trial.
“Fox One is known for bringing fans access to live global sports along with our signature news and entertainment,” said Pete Distad, CEO, Fox Direct to Consumer. “Joining Premium Subscriptions on The Roku Channel expands our reach and gives fans yet another way to find and enjoy all of the Fox content they love.”
The timing is especially good news for soccer fans, as Fox One arrives just ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
Beginning June 11 and continuing through until the final on July 19, a total of 48 national teams will compete across 104 matches, and all of them will be available to stream through Fox One.
“Fox One is a tremendous addition to Roku’s Premium Subscriptions experience, which is focused on making it easier for customers to discover, subscribe to, and stream the content they love all in one place,” said Gil Fuchsberg, President of Subscriptions, Partnerships & Corporate Development at Roku. “The addition of Fox One expands the premium entertainment, news, and live sports available through Premium Subscriptions on The Roku Channel ahead of the biggest global sports moment of the year.”
Following the arrival of Fox One on The Roku Channel, users can also expect to see live sports content from Fox discoverable and accessible through the Roku Sports Zone, as well as World Cup and other soccer-specific content through Roku’s Soccer Zone.
Fox One follows the arrival of the So … Real and Cineverse premium subscriptions earlier this month, and the addition of Peacock as a premium subscription in April.
