Sling TV is currently offering a free month when paying for the first month. This is the streaming service’s big Black Friday 2021 promotion and a great deal to consider for those looking for an affordable way to stream live TV channels over the internet.

Sling TV is already a higher affordable service compared to others. While many of the main streaming services charge between $60 and $70 for their base subscriptions, Sling TV’s plans start at just $35 per month. Providing the channel lineup is suitable for an individual or household, then a Sling TV subscription is worth considering.

Right now, it’s worth considering even more as Sling is offering a buy one, get one deal on its monthly subscription. Essentially, consumers can sign up to either the Sling Blue or Sling Orange plan through the Sling TV website and pay for the first month, but get access to the live TV channels for two months. The deal can also be used for the combined Sling Orange & Blue plan for those that want a richer selection of channels.

The BOGO month deal is already live and scheduled to remain available through November 29 – Cyber Monday. The promotion is available to new subscribers as well as eligible past subscribers, but not anyone that is currently signed up to the service or has been a subscriber in the past 180 days. It is worth keeping in mind that automatic billing is in effect with Sling. In other words, subscribers that don’t plan on sticking with the service will need to make sure they cancel Sling TV before the two months are up. Otherwise they will run the risk of being automatically charged $35 for the third month.

Sling TV’s channel lineup might not suit everyone, but it is hard to argue with two months of live TV for just $35 in total. As long as the selection of channels is sufficient, then this should be a deal worth taking advantage of. For reference, YouTube TV is running a Black Friday deal that discounts the first month to just $14.99. Considering YouTube TV typically costs $64.99 per month, it’s a major discount on the usual cost, making it a good choice for those that find Sling TV is not the best option for them.
