T-Mobile is now offering customers the option to get Apple TV Plus for free for six months through its T-Mobile Tuesday loyalty program. This promotion can be a good way to test out Apple’s streaming service over a much longer period than usual before having to pay the normal subscription price.
T-Mobile is pretty good when it comes to streaming service promotions. Throughout the year the company offers eligible customers the option to get a free Netflix subscription as well as free MLS Season Pass and ViX Premium subscriptions.
For those specifically interested in Apple TV Plus, the company is now offering a free 6-month subscription through T-Mobile Tuesdays. As this is a T-Mobile Tuesdays deal, eligible customers will need to claim the offer through the T-Mobile Tuesday app. For reference, this free 6-month Apple TV subscription offer does need to be saved and redeemed by July 31.
To redeem the free subscription, users need to save the offer to their T-Mobile Tuesday account and then click on Redeem in the app. They will then be redirected to the Apple TV website where they can sign in with an existing Apple ID or create a new one.
Once signed in, they will be able to confirm they want to start the subscription, unlocking the first 6 months for free.
As is often the case with these deals, the subscription will auto-renew at $6.99 a month following the free 6 months. This deal is also only available to new and “qualified returning Apple TV+ customers.”
It is worth noting that new and existing T-Mobile customers on eligible plans can actually get a free Apple TV Plus subscription without going through T-Mobile Tuesdays. Depending on the plan, T-Mobile’s standard Apple TV Plus offer lasts much longer than this T-Mobile Tuesday promotion, so it is worth checking for eligibility.
