Telemundo has now launched a new Spanish-language FAST channel in the U.S. The Telemundo Deportes Ahora channel provides access to a variety of sports content for free.
Viewers can expect access to more than 50 hours of new Spanish-language content each week, including original programming and live shows. Viewers can also expect comprehensive coverage of various live events each year, including fútbol content in the build up to FIFA World Cup 26.
While the main Telemundo network already provides access to sports programming, the new Telemundo Deportes Ahora FAST channel isn’t designed to be a replacement for the main network.
Instead, the FAST channel acts as a complementary option for sports fans, unlocking free access to even more sports content throughout the year.
The free channel will also unlock access to sports content that might not be available on the main network, such as Básquetbol LATAM, select MMA events, Bare-Knuckle Boxing, and Pro-Paddle League.
“With Telemundo Deportes Ahora, we’re giving Hispanic audiences another way to connect with the sports they love, complementing our sports offering and enhancing their viewing experience on the road to World Cup and beyond,” said Joaquin Duro, Executive Vice President of Sports, Telemundo.
For those interested in checking the new FAST channel out, Telemundo Deportes Ahora is now available to stream on Peacock, Xumo Play, the NBC News FAST hub and via Telemundo.com.
Telemundo has also confirmed the new Telemundo Deportes Ahora FAST channel will arrive on additional platforms over the coming months.
