Hallmark+ is officially live today, offerings fans of the channel a new way to access the network’s content and related products. As this is an evolution of Hallmark Movies Now service, Hallmark+ has officially replaced HMN beginning today.
A subscription to the new Hallmark+ streaming service costs $7.99 a month, or $79.99 a year, following a seven-day free trial. For that price, subscribers get access to popular titles from the Hallmark library, including all-new original series and movies. Hallmark+ subscribers also receive additional perks throughout the year, including a free card and a $5 Gold Crown coupon each month.
Those signing up to the $79.99 annual plan not only save on the cost over 12 months, but they are also eligible for additional perks not available to monthly subscribers. These include a new-member welcome gift, birthday gift, and an exclusive keepsake ornament.
As Hallmark+ has now replaced Hallmark Movies Now, there are no major issues in terms of device support. Any devices that previously had access to Hallmark Movies Now also now have access to Hallmark+. This includes Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, and Roku devices, as well as Samsung smart TVs, Android mobile and iOS devices.
For those that were already using the Hallmark Movies Now service on a supported device, the app is currently in the process of being updated today to reflect the new Hallmark+ experience.
Speaking of Hallmark Movies Now subscribers, their existing subscription is automatically being converted to a Hallmark+ subscription. With Hallmark+ priced at $7.99 a month, Hallmark Movies Now subscribers can also expect to begin paying $2 more each month when their subscription next renews.
