The combined number of Fubo and Hulu Live TV subscribers in North America climbed to 5.75 million during the second calendar quarter of 2026. The subscriber update was confirmed during Fubo’s Q3 FY 2026 earnings results today.
What You Need to Know
- Fubo and Hulu Live TV’s combined North American subscriber base reached 5.75 million in June 2026.
- The update confirms a small quarterly and year‑over‑year subscriber increase.
- Outside North America, Fubo’s Rest‑of‑World subscribers rose to 356,000.
Following the merger of Fubo and Hulu Live TV last year, the two services no longer report individual subscriber base updates. Instead, Fubo releases regular updates on the combined number of subscribers.
Considering Fubo and Hulu Live TV ended March 2026 with 5.7 million North America subscribers, the two live TV streaming services saw a slight increase between April and July.
On a year-over-year basis, the increase was slightly healthier. Considering there were 5.63 million combined subscribers at the end of the second calendar quarter of 2025 (Q3 fiscal 2025), the total number of subscribers increased by around 70,000.
According to Fubo, the latest subscriber update marks a company record for the fiscal third quarter, and was partially fueled by major sporting events including the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
“Our third quarter performance demonstrated strong subscriber acquisition, underpinned by our unparalleled ability to provide a compelling viewing experience to fans during high-profile sports events like the NBA Finals and the FIFA World Cup 2026 with flexible programming packages and innovative user experiences,” said FuboTV CEO Alisa Bowen.
While an increase on the previous quarter and year, the number remains down on the 6.2 million subscribers in North America Fubo reported for the end of the fourth calendar quarter of 2025, and the year as a whole.
North American revenue for the most recent quarter totaled $1.474 billion, compared to $1.074 billion for Q3 fiscal 2025 ($1.475 billion in pro forma revenue).
Outside of North America, Fubo reported a total of 356,000 Rest of World (ROW) subscribers. This represents an increase on the 328,000 reported for the previous quarter, and a slightly smaller increase on the 349,000 ROW subscribers reported for Q3 fiscal 2025.
ROW revenue for the quarter totaled $7.8 million, compared to $8.6 million in pro forma revenue for Q3 fiscal 2025.
