If you’re looking to save on the cost of Paramount Plus and Showtime, and especially before June’s price increase kicks in, a new promotion reduces the cost down to only $5.99 per month for the first three months. What’s more, you can take advantage of a free trial as well.
The cheapest Paramount Plus plan is the $4.99 per month Essential package and the price is due to go up to $5.99 per month at the end of June. For those wanting an ad-free experience, the cheapest option is the Premium plan, currently priced at $9.99 per month.
Similar to the Essential plan, the Premium plan is also going to increase in price at the end of June. Unlike the Essential plan, however, Premium subscribers will also get access to Showtime through Paramount Plus in return.
For those that would like to stream Paramount Plus and Showtime content right now, and at a much cheaper price, a new Paramount Plus deal reduces the cost of the bundle down to just $5.99 per month for the first three months.
This is a $4 saving per month when compared to the current Paramount Plus (without Showtime price) and a $6 saving per month when compared to the Paramount Plus with Showtime price.
It is worth noting that Paramount Plus is also offering the exact same deal on the Essential with Showtime plan as well. However, with Essential being an ad-supported plan, and lacking access to a subscriber’s local CBS station, $5.99 per month for Premium with Showtime is clearly the better deal.
Regardless of whether signing up to the Essential or Premium bundle at the discounted rate, the standard free trial is available, making it possible to watch for free for seven days before paying the first $5.99 monthly fee. There are some promo codes, including “THALIA” which expands the free trial to 30 days, but these codes cannot be used on top of the current $5.99 per month deal.

For military personnel who have served or are currently serving, it is worth noting that Paramount Plus is offering military members a 25% discount on any plan they sign up to through Memorial Day. As this is a 25% lifetime discount, it is likely to be a better long-term option for military members.
