DirecTV customers and DirecTV Stream subscribers now have access to a free preview of MGM+. The free preview began today and will continue through April 13 (Sunday). During this time, subscribers can check out all MGM+ has to offer without paying anything extra.
As part of the free preview, DirecTV and DirecTV Stream subscribers can access the main MGM+ channel on Ch. 558. Subscribers can also access MGM+ Hits on Ch. 559 and MGM+ Marquee on Ch. 560.
The same free preview is also available to U-verse customers, unlocking access to MGM+ (Ch. 891/1891), MGM+ West (Ch. 892/1892), MGM+ Hits (Ch. 893/1893), MGM+ Marquee (Ch. 1894) and MGM+ Drive-In (Ch. 896).
For those with access to on-demand content as part of their package, they also have the option of watching MGM+ content at any time. Available on-demand titles can be found on the Free Preview carousel on the Watch page as well as on the MGM+ network page.
Fans of the MGM+ original series Godfather of Harlem will also be happy to know that the free preview will allow them to watch the premiere of season four, which will be available from Sunday, April 13 at 9/8c.
Other titles DirecTV and DirecTV Stream subscribers might want to check out during the free preview include Earth Abides, Gladiator II, Nickel Boys, Nine Bodies in a Mexican Morgue, September 5, and Transformers One.
To maintain access after the free preview, MGM+ can be added to any DirecTV package for an additional $6.99 a month, the same price MGM+ charges when signing up directly.
