DirecTV has launched a new ‘Como Nunca Lo Imaginaste‘ (Like You’ve Never Seen It) ad campaign. Featuring Adamari López, DirecTV’s latest campaign looks to bring attention to the service’s expanded Spanish-language options, including the new MiEspañol Genre Pack.
Key Takeaways
- DirecTV is spotlighting its enhanced Spanish-language content, including the new MiEspañol Genre Pack with 60+ channels and ViX Premium with Ads at no extra cost.
- As DirecTV’s Hispanic Brand Ambassador, López stars in the new ads, promoting the service’s streaming options, including no annual contracts and no satellite required.
- Created in collaboration with TelevisaUnivision, the “Como Nunca Lo Imaginaste” campaign will be visible across TV, radio, social media, and digital platforms.
Building on from the ‘DirecTV is now hot’ campaign, starring Kumail Nanjiani and Rob Mac, from earlier this year, the latest commercials continue to focus on how DirecTV has changed.
The new sixty-second ad sees López explaining a number of benefits of DirecTV’s streaming options to various people she meets, including the flexibility of no annual contracts and the ability to watch without a satellite.
The commercial also focuses in on DirecTV’s expanded Spanish-language options, including the availability of the MiEspañol Genre Pack (which offers access to more than 60 Spanish-language channels) and the inclusion of ViX Premium with Ads at no additional cost.
This is not the first time DirecTV and López have teamed up. After being announced as the new Hispanic Brand Ambassador for DirecTV in November 2024, López featured in a commercial promoting the Óptimo Más Signature Package.
Speaking of which, the latest commercial also highlights DirecTV’s Óptimo Más legacy package as the go-to option for those wanting the ultimate Spanish-language experience, and especially for soccer fans.
