Fubo subscribers now have the option of adding Hallmark+ to their live TV package. While the optional add-on won’t make Hallmark+ any cheaper, it does offer Fubo users another way to sign up and manage the additional subscription.
Hallmark+, previously Hallmark Movies Now, provides subscribers with access to a wide variety of Hallmark content, including original Hallmark Christmas movies, exclusive Hallmark original series, and more.
Following the transition from Hallmark Movies Now, the cost of a Hallmark streaming subscription increased to $7.99 a month. This is also the same price that Fubo subscribers can now sign up at when subscribing through Fubo.
For those that aren’t currently paying for one of Fubo’s paid live TV packages, it is also now possible to subscribe to Hallmark+ as a standalone subscription through the Fubo platform.
“This is the perfect time of year to launch Hallmark+ for Fubo customers, and they can choose the optimal way to subscribe for them: as part of our subscription plans alongside Hallmark’s linear content or as a standalone package,” said Todd Mathers, senior vice president, content strategy and acquisition, Fubo.
Whether a free user looking to sign up to Hallmark+ as a standalone subscription, or an existing live TV subscriber looking to bundle Hallmark+, the option to add the additional subscription is now available through the add-ons section of the app and website.
From Hallmark’s perspective, Fubo marks the latest expansion of platform support for its new streaming service. Similar to Fubo, Philo subscribers also gained the option of adding Hallmark+ to their live TV package earlier this month.
