Right now, new DirecTV Stream subscribers can sign up to the Choice plan for just $89.99 a month for the first three months. Considering the cheaper Entertainment plan typically costs $86.99 a month, this is a good way to save on a more expensive live TV package over three months.
At $89.99/mo., the Choice package is currently $25 cheaper than its usually $114.99/mo price. The $25 discount will remain in effect for the first three months and then renew at the usual $114.99/mo price.

As a reminder, the Choice package increases the number of channels from more than 90 to more than 125. More importantly, however, is that Choice includes a selection of specialty sports channels including ACC Network, Big Ten Network, MLB Network, NBA TV, and SEC Network. Choice also includes regional sports networks at no extra cost.
The same $75 discount over three months can also be applied to the Ultimate or Premier packages.
If opting for the Ultimate plan, subscribers get access to more than 160 channels for $104.99 a month, down from the usual $129.99 a month price.

If opting for the Premier plan, subscribers get access to more than 185 channels for $144.99 a month, down from $169.99 a month. Premier subscribers also get access to the Max, Cinemax, Paramount+ with Showtime, and Starz streaming services at no additional cost.

Regardless of whether signing up to Choice, Ultimate or Premier at the discounted rate, the subscription will auto-renew at the usual, higher rate after the first three discounted months.
