Golf Nation FAST Channel Now Available on Vizio’s WatchFree+

The Golf Nation FAST channel is now available on Vizio’s WatchFree+, offering Vizio smart TV owners the option to watch more golf-related content for free.

WatchFree+ is Vizio’s own streaming service and provides users of the company’s smart TVs with access to a variety of free, ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channels as well a selection of free on-demand content. Adding to both the linear and on-demand experience on WatchFree+ is Golf Nation.

Golf Nation is home to a number of original shows, including Ambush with David Feherty, Three Courses (hosted by Gabi Powel and Hannah Leiner), Golf Unseen (hosted by Carolina Romero and Mike Mason), Tee Shots (hosted by mixologist Bill Binder), and Versus, which sees golf celebrities and influencers compete head-to-head.

Unlike some other linear channels, Golf Nation is also designed to be a shoppable network. As a result, viewers can not only watch original golf-lifestyle shows, but also click an on-screen “buy bar” to instantly purchase items, and without interrupting the streaming or viewing experience.

For those interested in checking Golf Nation out, the linear live viewing experience can now be accessed on channel 612 in WatchFree+. Vizio users will also notice a selection of and golf-related content is now available to watch in the on-demand section of WatchFree+ as well.

According to Golf Nation’s parent-company, NBTV, Golf nation apps are due to become available on additional platforms and streaming services in the coming months, including Apple TV and iOS.
