MAVTV GO now offers two paid subscription options for consumers to choose from. While the new paid plans don’t affect the free tier, they do unlock access to more content, including access to the live MAVTV channel.

MAVTV GO launched last year, and as a completely free streaming service. However, one of the major differences with the service at launch was the lack of access to the traditional MAVTV channel. Instead, the service was marketed as a way for racing fans to access additional content.

With the MAVTV channel now available, subscribers can stream every live race that airs on the linear television channel without the need for cable.

As the MAVTV channel is locked behind a subscription paywall, racing fans will need to consider signing up to one of the two new subscriptions plans.

The cheapest option is the $7.99 a month (or $79.99/year) Standard plan. If also interested in next-day video-on-demand access to race content, and exclusive access to live premier racing events, the new Premium plan costs $19.99 a month or $199.99 a year.

Some of the additional live racing available with the Premier plan includes Bathurst 12H, Nürburgring 24H, 24 Hours of SPA, Suzuka 1000KM, Indianapolis 8H, Australian Supercars, GT World Challenge, DTM, SpeedTour: International GT, SVRA, PSSA, Ligier JS F4, ADAC GT Masters, FIM: SGP2 (FIM Speedway) SuperSport, SuperSport 300, and Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship.

Regardless of whether signing up to the Standard or Premium plan, all new subscribers can take advantage of a 7-day free trial when signing up for the first time, making it possible to test out the service before making the first payment.

Again, the launch of these paid plans doesn’t affect the availability of the free tier, which remains available and offering access to select exclusive content, including MAVTV Originals, race replays, highlights and more.
