Pluto TV added four new Spanish-Language channels this week. The launch of the new channels coincides with the start of National Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs from September 15 to October 15 each year.
The new additions are Pluto TV Novelas, La Familia del Barrio, Sala de Emergencias: Historias Inéditas and Acapulco Shore. The latter of which is a subtitled version of an existing channel in Pluto’s En Español category.
Here’s a quick description of each of the new channels.

La Familia del Barrio – The hit adult animated series, La familia del barrio, is on Pluto TV. This hilarious series follows a dysfunctional Mexican family living in a fictitious Mexican city where anything can happen.
Sala de Emergencias: Historias Inéditas – Every moment in the ER could be a problem for patients in trouble. On this channel, watch doctors make crucial decisions during the most unpredictable and urgent circumstances.
Acapulco Shore (subtitled) – Welcome to Acapulco Shore: where the fights, drama and chaos are non-stop. Tune-in to see the contestants on one of the wildest journeys on television. The party doesn’t stop on Acapulco Shore; join the fun!
According to Pluto, it has been four years since the free streaming service launched its Spanish-language category. Over the years since, the category has grown significantly and now offers access to more than 20,000 hours of Spanish-speaking content.
For those looking for even more free Spanish-language content, the Curiosity Español, Curiosity Animales, and Curiosity Motores FAST channels were added to Samsung TV Plus, Samsung’s free streaming service, earlier this week.
Pluto’s new Spanish-Language channels follow the arrival of the Cheers + Frasier, Queens of Reality and WOW Women of Wrestling FAST channels, all of which were added this month. Pluto TV users also recently gained access to Salem News Channel, the 24/7 television network offering conservative-based news, opinion and commentary.
