Fubo‘s new Fubo Sports plan is now available. The new option provides customers with a way to sign up to a cheaper live TV package focused on live sports and local networks.
Fubo Sports costs $55.99 a month. However, and as part of an introductory offer, new customers can currently get their first month for just $45.99, a $10 saving on the usual cost.

For the price, Fubo Sports subscribers get access to a variety of sports channels, including the ESPN family of channels, Fox Sports 1 and 2, NFL Network, and Tennis Channel. Subscribers also get access to their local ABC, CBS and Fox stations as well.
In addition to all of these networks, Fubo Sports subscribers also get access to ESPN Unlimited at no additional cost. Considering a standalone ESPN Unlimited subscription costs $29.99 a month, subscribers effectively only pay $26 more each month for access to all of the additional sports and local channels.
At $55/mo, the new package costs almost $30 a month less than the Pro plan. However, the Pro plan is a lot richer, as it unlocks access to significantly more channels overall, including NBC.
Whether or not the additional channels are worth the additional $26 a month will depend on the needs of each individual home. For those that are happy with the selection of channels, Fubo Sports is now a more affordable option.
Update: Some people have reported that they are not seeing the new Fubo Sports plan yet. It remains unclear which, if any, markets are included/excluded at launch.
