YouTube has added Fox One to its Primetime Channels lineup, offering users another way to subscribe to the Fox streaming service. Along with Fox One, YouTube has also confirmed Peacock will be landing on Primetime Channels soon.

Beginning today, Fox One is available as a YouTube Primetime Channel. Priced at $19.99/mo, subscribing through Primetime Channels won’t make a Fox One subscription any cheaper, but it will offer more of a streamlined way to subscribe for those already invested in the YouTube ecosystem.
As a reminder, Fox One is home to everything Fox. Subscribers not only get access to Fox’s primetime programming, but also Fox’s news and sports programming as well, making it a good option for fans of Fox, Fox News and/or Fox Sports.

The timing of the addition is all the more notable for sports fans, as Fox will be the broadcast home for this year’s World Cup.
Once the soccer event kicks of on June 11, Fox One subscribers will be able to tune in and watch all 104 matches without the need for any other subscriptions or packages.
The availability of Fox One as a Primetime Channel is only the latest platform expansion for the Fox streaming service, and follows last week’s launch of Fox One as Premium Subscription on The Roku Channel.
Peacock Is On The Way
Along with Fox One, YouTube has also confirmed that Peacock will soon be available as a Primetime Channel as well.
While no firm date on when Peacock will go live on Primetime Channels has been provided, YouTube said it is coming soon.
Notably, YouTube confirmed the price of a Peacock Premium Plus subscription at $16.99/month, which seems to suggest that YouTube Primetime Channels users will only be able to subscribe to the more expensive ad-free Peacock Premium plan.
With NBCUniversal’s Telemundo holding the exclusive Spanish-language rights for all 104 matches of the World Cup, Peacock will also be an option for Spanish-speaking sports fans looking to stream this year’s tournament.
That’s assuming Peacock is added in time.
