Peacock ended the fourth quarter of 2025, and the year as a whole, with 44 million paid subscribers, an increase of 22% year over year. The streaming service also generated $1.6 billion during the fourth quarter, helping the service reach $5.4 billion for the full year.

  • Peacock grew to 44 million paid subscribers in 2025, adding 8 million for the year, with most of the gains coming in the first and final quarters.
  • Peacock revenue rose to $5.4 billion for 2025, but losses also widened, reaching $552 million in the final quarter.
  • Comcast’s traditional TV business continued to decline, losing 245,000 video customers in Q4.

Considering Peacock ended 2024 with 36 million paid subscribers, the streaming service managed to add around eight million during the year.

However, a good portion of those additions appear to have come during the first and final quarters.

While the streaming service climbed to 41 million paid subscribers during the first quarter of 2025, the subscriber count largely remained in or around that number during the second and third quarters of the year.

In this respect, Peacock only managed to add three million paid subscribers since the beginning of the second quarter of 2025.

Regardless of when they were added, the eight million total additions during 2025 is an increase on the five million subscribers Peacock added during 2024.

All in all, Peacock has added around 13 million paid subscribers since the beginning of 2024.

Revenue also increased year over year. With $1.6 billion reported for the fourth quarter, revenue grew by 23%. And with $5.4 billion reported for 2025 as a whole, annual revenue grew by around 10% for the full year.

Although revenue was up, so were the losses. After reporting a loss of $372 million for the fourth quarter of 2024, Comcast confirmed a loss of $552 million for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Losses also continued for Comcast’s traditional video customers, with the company losing around 245,000 video subscribers during the most recent quarter.

The losses resulted in Comcast ending 2025 with 11,270,000 video customers, more than one million down on the 12,523,000 reported for the end of the 2024.
