DirecTV is now included as one of the additional benefits of AAA membership. As a result, AAA members can now save $10 on the cost of a live TV package each month for the first 24 months when signing up as a new DirecTV via Internet or DirecTV via Satellite customer.
As this deal is only available to those considering DirecTV via Internet or DirecTV via Satellite, it is not possible to save on the cost of DirecTV Stream with this offer. Still, with DirecTV via Internet included, DirecTV is offering satellite and satellite-free options to new subscribers.
Depending on the plan, and how a new subscriber signs up, AAA members may also be eligible to redeem a Visa reward card through DirecTV as well. AAA members can sign up at the discounted rate through DirecTV’s AAA webpage, which automatically discounts the price of its live TV packages by $10.
Speaking of which, the discount lowers the price of the cheapest Entertainment plan down to $69.99 a month for the first two years. The discount also lowers the cot of Choice (best for those looking for RSNs) down to $74.99 a month, Ultimate down to $104.99 a month, and Premier down to $149.99 a month.
“We are continually looking for new ways to save our members money – in every aspect of their life,” said Alan McVay, Managing Director, Partnership Development/D&R Business Lead. “Streaming is something we all do, so adding DirecTV to our portfolio of benefits made sense. Our members will appreciate being able to watch their favorite games, shows and movies while also getting a few extra dollars back in their pocket.”
As a reminder, DirecTV is due to increase the price of all of its packages, and across all satellite and satellite-free services, early next month. With the upcoming price increase in mind, this is one way to lock in a cheaper price for the next two years.
