DirecTV via satellite customers now have access to the Fox Weather channel. Thanks to the expanded distribution agreement between Fox News Media and DirecTV, all live TV plans, including the cheapest Entertainment package, now come with Fox Weather included at no additional cost.
DirecTV satellite customers interested in checking out what Fox Weather has to offer can find the latest addition on channel 363 in the live guide. Considering Fox Weather was added to DirecTV Stream back in 2022, access to the network through DirecTV Stream remains unaffected by today’s announcement.
“As the fastest growing weather service, we are excited to expand our relationship with DirecTV to bring our crucial coverage to their audience,” said Fox Weather President Sharri Berg.
Fox News Media’s 24/7 free ad-supported channel has slowly but steadily been increasing its distribution footprint over the past year. Last month, for example, Fox Weather became available through the free streaming service, Pluto TV.
Even earlier in the year, Fox Weather was added to TCL’s TCLtv+ streaming service and Hulu Live TV. All of which followed similar distribution deals with Samsung TV Plus and Sling Freestream in 2023, and Vizio back in 2022.
For those without access to any of these services, Fox Weather is also available through Amazon Fire TV Channels, Fubo, The Roku Channel, Verizon Fios, Xumo Play, YouTube and YouTube TV.
