DirecTV has added another 10 FAST channels to DirecTV Stream. All of the new FAST channels appear to be from A&E Networks and include popular shows like Ax Men, Cold Case Files, Ice Road Truckers and Duck Dynasty.
The 10 new FAST channels are:
- Ax Men by History (Ch. 4264)
- Cold Case Files by A&E (Ch. 4271)
- Crime 360 (Ch. 4272)
- Deal Zone by History (Ch. 4340)
- Duck Dynasty (Ch. 4262)
- Ice Road Truckers (Ch. 4263)
- Modern Marvels by History (Ch. 4480)
- Movie Favorites by Lifetime (Ch. 4504)
- Tiny House Nation (Ch. 4363)
- UnXplained Zone (Ch. 4491)
As these are FAST channels, they are now available to all DirecTV Stream subscribers, and at no additional cost. They also follow the arrival of FETV, which was added to the channel lineup in late August.
The new channels also arrive at a time when a number of popular Disney-owned channels, including ABC and ESPN, remain unavailable to DirecTV and DirecTV Stream customers. A dispute which doesn’t look likely to be resolved anytime soon.
The channel lineup isn’t the only element of the DirecTV Stream experience that’s changed recently. Earlier this week, DirecTV Stream subscribers gained access to user profiles. The new feature makes it possible to create up to five individual profiles, with each profile providing access to a personalized streaming experience.
