DirecTV had added the FETV (Family Entertainment Television) network to its DirecTV Stream channel lineup. The arrival of the channel provides subscribers with access to even more family entertainment programming.

The new channel officially went live yesterday (Aug. 28) so some subscribers may have already noticed it is available. As FETV has also been added to all packages, including the cheapest Entertainment plan, all DirecTV Stream subscribers now have access to the network.

For those interested in checking out what the new channel has to offer, FETV can now be found on channel 323 in the live guide within the DirecTV app, along with a selection of on-demand content from the network.

Earlier this month, Family Entertainment Television added Classic Dragnet episodes to FETV’s programming lineup. The company also recently announced that a new ‘Sunday Mystery Matinee‘ programming block is joining the network’s lineup on Sept. 8.

Once Sunday Mystery Matinee goes live, viewers will be able to tune in and watch a selection of popular movies and shows on FETV, including Cagney & Lacey and The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes.

The arrival of FETV on DirecTV Stream follows the addition of six free, ad-supported channels in July, including FailArmy, Family Handyman, Love Nature and The Pet Collection. In June, another batch of five Lionsgate channels were also added to all packages, including Are We There Yet?, HerSphere and MovieSphere.
