Frndly TV now also offers access to A&E Crime Central and History Vault as paid add-ons. With Frndly TV being a highly affordable live TV streaming service, its selection of upgrades and add-ons has been quite limited in the past. However, that now appears to be in the process of changing.
Earlier this year, Frndly TV confirmed plans to launch a ‘Frndly TV Channel Store’ where subscribers would be able to purchase additional subscriptions. At the time, Frndly TV confirmed that A&E Crime Central, Great American Pure Flix, History Vault and Lifetime Movie Club would be the first subscriptions available through its channel store.
Following the availability of Lifetime Movie Club, it is now the turn of both A&E Crime Central and History Vault. Both of these add-ons are now available to add to a base package, both are ad-free subscriptions, and both come with a seven-day free trial.
For those totally new to Frndly TV, the live TV service offers three base packages to choose from, and similar to the new add-ons, all three base packages are also available with a seven-day free trial.
At $7.99 a month, Basic is the cheapest package overall. While Basic does unlock access to the same channel lineup as the more expensive plans, it is missing a DVR. For those that do want access to a DVR to record programs, the Classic plan costs $9.99 a month and the Premium plan costs $11.99 a month.
