Samsung TV Plus is getting an injection of additional Hearst programming, thanks to an extended partnership with Hearst Media Production Group. In total, the expanded agreement will result in more than 500 hours of original additional content becoming available.
Through the existing agreement Samsung TV Plus users already have access to a selection of HMPG FAST channels, including Xplore, Rovr Pets, and The Jack Hanna Channel.
Following the latest expansion, additional programming coming to Samsung TV Plus users includes Lucky Dog, Matter of Fact with Soledad O’Brien, Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom Protecting the Wild, and Harlem Globetrotters: Play It Forward. This is also in addition to a variety of shows hosted by Jack Hanna.

This only marks the more recent expansion of content for Samsung’s free streaming service. Last month, for example, Samsung TV Plus users gained access to three new FAST channels from NBC, unlocking even more reality TV content in the process.
Even earlier in the year, Samsung TV Plus added Barbie and Friends, Fireman Sam, PickleballTV, and SNL Vault FAST channels to its lineup of free, ad-supported channels.
