Samsung TV Plus just received a massive dose of premium K-Content, thanks to the addition of thousands of hours of Korean shows and movies. The new K-Content library also spans various genres, offering access to K-Dramas, K-Crime, K-Thrillers and K-Romance, among others.
As Samsung TV Plus is a free streaming service, all of the new K-content is available to stream at no cost. And with almost 4,000 hours of content in total, Samsung now claims to be one of the largest providers of premium K-Content in the U.S.
Also, with some of the largest Korean production and distribution companies involved, including CJ ENM, KT Alpha and NEW ID, Samsung TV Plus users will have access to some hugely popular movies and shows. For example, some of the titles available as a result of these partnerships include 26 Years, A Taxi Driver, Burning, Dark Hole, Doom at Your Service, Beyond Evil, Joint Security Area, Oh! Brothers, The President’s Last Bang, and Voice 4.
As part of the agreement with CJ ENM, a wide selection of unscripted, never before seen programs are also coming to Samsung TV Plus, including food entertainment shows like The Genius Paik and Three Meals a Day, and travel shows like House on Wheels and Youn’s Kitchen.
“K-Content is no longer niche — it’s one of the fastest growing and most watched categories globally, and Samsung TV Plus is uniquely positioned to deliver an unparalleled experience in this space with an endless offering of premium K-Content,” said Salek Brodsky, Senior Vice President & General Manager of Samsung TV Plus.
For those interested in checking out all the latest K-Content, Samsung TV Plus can be accessed through the website, as well as on Samsung TVs, Galaxy mobile devices, Samsung smart monitors, and the company’s Family Hub products.
